Registration & Payment Terms
Registration, payment, cancellation and refund terms of the ISTP Programme.
1. Registration
- Registration is submitted through the form at istp.online or by email to academy@istp.online.
- The programme office reviews each applicant against the eligibility criteria and may request further information.
- A seat is confirmed by a seat confirmation letter and is secured once payment in full has been received. Where seats are full, applicants are offered a waiting list place or the next cohort.
2. Fees and payment
- The programme fee is IDR 20,000,000. A discount of IDR 3,000,000 applies to the Pilot Cohort, bringing the amount payable to IDR 17,000,000 per participant, VAT 11% included.
- All invoices and payments are in IDR. US$ equivalents are indicative at a rate of IDR 17,800 per US$1. All invoices and payments are in IDR.
- Payment is made only to the official account designated by Universitas Indonesia as stated in the confirmation letter. The organisers never request transfers to personal accounts; report any such request to hello@istp.online.
- Registration and payment close five (5) working days before Day 1.
- Corporate registrations may be invoiced in the company's name.
3. Minimum enrolment
The cohort proceeds where a minimum of 20 participants have paid by the registration deadline. Where this is not reached, the organisers may postpone or cancel the cohort, and participants are entitled to a full refund or transfer to the next cohort.
4. Cancellation, refunds and substitution

Refunds are processed to the payer's account within 14 working days at the latest of a complete written request being received.
5. Attendance and certificate
Certificates are issued to participants who meet the completion criteria (see the Certificate & Assessmentpage). Non-attendance does not reduce the obligation to pay.
6. Changes to the programme
The organisers may substitute a lecturer of equivalent qualification or adjust the order of sessions. Changes to the delivery dates are notified at least 10 working days in advance; participants unable to attend the new dates are entitled to a full refund.
7. Force majeure
In the event of force majeure (natural disaster, pandemic, civil unrest, or government policy prohibiting delivery), the organisers will reschedule the programme; where this is not possible, fees are refunded less costs reasonably incurred on behalf of the participant.
8. Insurance and safety
Participants are covered by personal accident insurance for the duration of on-site activities. Participants are required to comply with safety protocols, particularly during the field study.
