Terms and conditions for the use of istp.online and the materials of the ISTP Programme.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing istp.online, you agree to these terms. The site is operated by PT HRM Multi Sinergy (INDOGUARD.org) as operational manager of the ISTP Programme.
2. Information on this site
Programme information (curriculum, schedule, faculty, fees) is compiled as accurately as possible and is subject to change. The version binding on a participant is the one stated in their seat confirmation letter. Any substantial change to the curriculum requires the approval of the Academic Board.
3. Intellectual property
The curriculum, learning materials, modules, methodology and design of the ISTP Programme are the joint intellectual property of the organising parties, managed by INDOGUARD.org. Materials received by participants are for personal use and internal use within the participant's organisation only; reproducing, selling or delivering training using ISTP materials without written permission is prohibited.
4. Third-party marks
The names and logos of Universitas Indonesia, INDOGUARD.org, 3S Sandi Satria Solo, APSI, state institutions, ASIS International and the Counter Terrorism Certification Board are the property of their respective owners and are used solely in the context of programme information.
5. Confidentiality and ethics
Participants are required to keep confidential any information shared by other participants and speakers during the programme, not to record sessions without permission, and not to use knowledge from the programme for unlawful purposes.
6. Limitation of liability
The material is educational in nature. Its application within a participant's organisation is the responsibility of that organisation under the applicable regulations. The organisers are not liable for indirect loss arising from the use of information on this site.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes are settled by consultation; failing that, before the Central Jakarta District Court. In the event of any discrepancy, the Indonesian version of these terms prevails.
