Pilot Cohort Prospectus
A concise prospectus for the ISTP Programme: structure, schedule, investment, certificate and cancellation policy.
Summary
The Industrial Security & Terrorism Preparedness (ISTP) professional programme is delivered jointly by the Pranata Pembangunan Research Centre (UKK) of Universitas Indonesia, INDOGUARD.org and 3S Sandi Satria Solo. 40 training hours (1 hour = 60 minutes) across 5 instructional days: 16 hours online and 24 hours on site, including 8 hours of counter-surveillance field study.
- Cohort: Pilot Cohort, 9–27 November 2026 — the five instructional days are set within the 9–27 November 2026 window. Exact dates are announced by 10 October 2026 at the latest and sent to all registrants.
- Location: online (Days 1–2), UI Campus Jakarta (Days 3–4), a shopping centre in Jakarta (Day 5)
- Capacity: 20–30 participants
- Investment: IDR 20,000,000; pilot cohort discount IDR 3,000,000; payable IDR 17,000,000 (≈ US$955), VAT 11% included
- Certificate: Certificate of Completion co-issued by UI · INDOGUARD.org · 3S (not a BNSP/SKKNI certification)

What the fee covers
- 40 training hours: 16 hours live online + 24 hours on site

Cancellation policy

| The cohort is cancelled or postponed by the organisers (including where the minimum of 20 participants is not reached) | 100% refund, or transfer to the next cohort at the participant's choice |
| Participant cancels 30 calendar days or more before Day 1 | 90% refund (10% administration fee) |
| Participant cancels 14–29 calendar days before Day 1 | 50% refund, or transfer to the next cohort free of charge (once) |
| Participant cancels fewer than 14 calendar days before Day 1, or does not attend | No refund; transfer to the next cohort is possible against a 10% administration fee, or the seat may be taken by a substitute participant |
| Participant substitution | Free of charge up to three working days before Day 1, with the full details of the replacement participant |
