Pilot Cohort · 9–27 November 2026. The five instructional days are set within the 9–27 November 2026 window. Exact dates are announced by 10 October 2026 at the latest and sent to all registrants.
Calendar
Five instructional days
- Online: Zoom (live) — Day 1 and Day 2
- On site: Universitas Indonesia campus, Jakarta — Day 3 and Day 4
- Field: A shopping centre in Jakarta — Day 5 (location confirmed to registered participants)
- Daily hours: 09:00–18:30 WIB (Day 1 registration opens 08:30)
- Capacity: 20–30 participants; the cohort runs once a minimum of 20 participants is reached
- Language of instruction: Bahasa Indonesia

What the fee covers
- 40 training hours: 16 hours live online + 24 hours on site
- Course materials, worksheets and access to the online materials channel
- A full day of field study, including equipment and safety supervision
- Meals during the 3 on-site days
- Personal accident insurance for the duration of on-site activities
- Pre-test, post-test and feedback on learning outcomes
- Certificate of Completion co-issued by Universitas Indonesia, INDOGUARD.org and 3S Sandi Satria Solo
Not included: travel to the venues and accommodation; participants' own devices and internet connection for the online sessions.
US$ equivalents are indicative at a rate of IDR 17,800 per US$1. All invoices and payments are in IDR.

Outside the 40 training hours: pre-programme materials (D-7), pre-test (D-1), registration & opening on Day 1 08:30–09:00, closing & certificate presentation on Day 5, post-test and evaluation (D+1), and the application survey (D+60). Breaks and the lunch and prayer break are scheduled every day.
Terms
Registration, payment and cancellation
- Registration is submitted through the form at istp.online/en/register. The programme office reviews eligibility and sends a seat confirmation letter together with an invoice.
- Payment is made to the official account designated by Universitas Indonesia as stated in the confirmation letter. We never request transfers to personal accounts.
- Registration and payment close five (5) working days before Day 1. Seats are confirmed in the order in which full payment is received.
- All prices are in IDR and include VAT of 11%. Invoices are available for corporate registrations.

| Participant cancels fewer than 14 calendar days before Day 1, or does not attend | No refund; transfer to the next cohort is possible against a 10% administration fee, or the seat may be taken by a substitute participant |
