Certificate & Assessment
Issuers, completion criteria, validity, verification and assessment design of the ISTP Certificate of Completion.
A certificate grounded in evidence
The ISTP Certificate of Completion is co-issued in the names of Universitas Indonesia (Pranata Pembangunan Research Centre), INDOGUARD.org and 3S Sandi Satria Solo. Each certificate carries a unique number; completion records are archived by Universitas Indonesia.
Completion criteria
- At least 80% attendance of the 40 hours, including full attendance on Day 5 (field study).
- Completion of the pre-test (D-1) and post-test (D+1).
- Completion and panel presentation of the field-study group assignment.
- Compliance with the programme code of conduct and safety protocol.
Validity
The certificate records completion of a specific curriculum version and does not expire. Knowledge updates are offered to alumni through periodic refresher sessions.
Verification
Third parties (such as prospective employers) can request verification by sending the certificate number and holder's name to hello@istp.online. Verification confirms authenticity and completion status only.
Assessment & evaluation
| When | Instrument | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| D-1 | Online pre-test, 20 items, 30 minutes | Knowledge baseline |
| Days 3–4 | Applied exercises: risk register, ICS tabletop | Applying concepts |
| Day 5 | Panel presentation of field findings | Integrated application |
| D+1 | Equivalent post-test + evaluation questionnaire | Learning gain & satisfaction |
| D+60 | Workplace-application survey (participant & supervisor) | Impact at work |
The evaluation design follows Kirkpatrick levels 1–3. Each participant receives learning-gain feedback based on the difference between pre-test and post-test.
