Answers on the certificate, fees, schedule, location, eligibility, payment and cancellation of the ISTP Programme.
?What certificate do I receive?
A Certificate of Completion co-issued by Universitas Indonesia (Pranata Pembangunan Research Centre, UKK), INDOGUARD.org and 3S Sandi Satria Solo, awarded on the basis of meeting the completion criteria — not attendance alone. It is a professional development certificate and not a state competency certification (BNSP/SKKNI).
?Does ISTP make me an ASIS CPP or CTCB CCTP holder?
No. Both are independent international certifications with their own examinations and eligibility requirements. ISTP uses their domain structures as design references so that graduates hold a mapped foundation should they later pursue those credentials — shortening the path rather than replacing it.
?What is the investment?
The programme fee is IDR 20,000,000 (≈ US$1,124). A discount of IDR 3,000,000 applies to the Pilot Cohort, so participants pay IDR 17,000,000 (≈ US$955), VAT 11% included. Full details of what is covered are on the Schedule & Fees page.
?When does the pilot cohort run?
Within the window of 9–27 November 2026. The five instructional days are set within the 9–27 November 2026 window. Exact dates are announced by 10 October 2026 at the latest and sent to all registrants.
?Do I need to hold Gada Utama?
It is not mandatory. The programme is designed for the post-Gada Utama level, but professionals with equivalent responsibility — security managers, risk and compliance officers, facility and infrastructure managers — are eligible. Every enquiry is reviewed for fit before a seat is confirmed.
?Can I attend while working full time?
The programme runs for five full instructional days (09:00–18:30 WIB): two days online and three days on site. Participants need to clear all five days. A minimum of 80% attendance and full attendance on Day 5 are required to receive the certificate.
?Where does it take place?
Days 1–2 are delivered online via Zoom; Days 3–4 at the Universitas Indonesia campus in Jakarta; Day 5 is a field study at a shopping centre in Jakarta, confirmed to registered participants.
?What language is used?
Bahasa Indonesia. International technical terminology is retained in English. English-language cohorts are planned once the programme is running steadily.
?Where is payment made?
To the official account designated by Universitas Indonesia as stated in the seat confirmation letter. We never request transfers to personal accounts.
?What if I am unable to attend?
See the cancellation policy on the Schedule & Fees page. Substitution of a participant from the same organisation is permitted up to three working days before Day 1.
?Can the programme be delivered in-house?
Yes. In-house delivery can be contextualised to your sector, facilities and threat profile. Delivery away from the UI campus requires the written approval of Universitas Indonesia.
?What happens after the cohort ends?
Participants receive feedback on their learning outcomes, join the ISTP alumni network, and are offered periodic refresher sessions and professional updates through INDOGUARD.org.
